1. Service overview
YallaPlay provides short-term PS5 console rental services across Dubai, UAE. By placing a booking through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms.
2. Rental period
The rental period begins at the time of delivery and ends at the agreed return time. Extensions are available — contact us on WhatsApp before your rental expires. Late returns without notice may incur additional daily charges at the standard rate.
3. Pricing & delivery fees
Package prices cover the PS5 console, controllers, games, and cables. Delivery and pickup are charged separately based on your location within Dubai. All fees will be communicated before you confirm your booking — no surprises.
4. Payment
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and card payments. Full payment is required upon delivery. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
5. Identity verification
UAE residents must provide a valid Emirates ID. Tourists are required to provide a passport copy. This is to protect both parties and ensure equipment security. ID documents are handled per our Privacy Policy.
6. Equipment care
You are responsible for the rented equipment during the rental period. This includes:
- Keeping the console, controllers, and cables in good condition
- Not attempting to open, modify, or tamper with the hardware
- Not removing any labels, stickers, or serial number tags
- Using the equipment indoors in a safe, dry environment
7. Damage & loss
Minor wear from normal use is expected and acceptable. However, you will be held responsible for:
- Physical damage — cracks, broken ports, water damage, or controller drift caused by misuse
- Missing items — any components not returned (controllers, cables, games)
- Theft or total loss — full replacement cost of the equipment
Repair or replacement costs will be assessed and communicated transparently. We'll always discuss charges with you before applying them.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time are fully refundable. Cancellations made after the delivery team has departed will incur a delivery fee.
9. Prohibited use
The rented PS5 must not be used for commercial purposes, sub-rented to others, or taken outside the delivery address without our written consent.
10. Liability
YallaPlay is not liable for any indirect damages, data loss on the console, interruption of online services (PSN outages), or any injuries arising from the use of rented equipment. Our maximum liability is limited to the rental fee paid.
11. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
