🚚 Delivery & Pickup

Where do you deliver?+
We deliver across all of Dubai — including Dubai Marina, Downtown, JBR, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Deira, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Silicon Oasis, Sports City, JVC, and more. Same-day delivery in most areas within 60–90 minutes.
How fast is delivery?+
Most deliveries arrive within 60–90 minutes of confirming your booking. For same-day orders after 8 PM, delivery may take up to 2 hours depending on location.
How does pickup work?+
Message us on WhatsApp when you're done. We'll send our team to pick up the console and all accessories at a time that suits you, usually within 2 hours.
Do you deliver to hotels?+
Yes! We deliver to hotels, Airbnbs, serviced apartments, and villas across Dubai. For hotels, we can coordinate with the front desk for a smooth handoff.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?+
Currently we serve all of Dubai. Sharjah and Abu Dhabi deliveries are available on request — message us on WhatsApp and we'll work something out.

💰 Pricing & Payment

Are there any hidden fees?+
No hidden fees. The package price covers the console, controllers, and games. Delivery is charged separately based on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and card payments. Just let us know your preferred payment method when booking.
Can I extend my rental?+
Absolutely! Message us on WhatsApp before your rental ends. You'll be charged the daily rate for extra days, or we can upgrade you to a longer package if it saves you money.
Is there a deposit?+
No deposit required for UAE residents with a valid Emirates ID. For tourists, we require a copy of your passport. It's that simple.

🎮 Console & Games

What's included in the rental?+
Every rental includes a PS5 Slim console, 2 DualSense controllers, HDMI cable, power cable, and 5 games of your choice from our library of 50+ titles.
Can I request a specific game?+
Yes! We have 50+ titles and can source specific games on request. Just let us know when you book and we'll do our best to include it.
Do you set up the console?+
Yes, our team connects the console to your TV, installs the games, and makes sure everything is working before we leave. You just start playing.
Are the consoles sanitized?+
Every console and controller is thoroughly sanitized between rentals. We take hygiene seriously.

🔒 Deposits & Damages

What if something gets damaged?+
Normal wear is covered. In rare cases of significant damage, we'll discuss a fair resolution. All equipment is insured.
What if a controller stops working?+
Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll replace it within 2 hours, free of charge. No questions asked.
Do I need insurance?+
No, all our equipment is already insured. You don't need to purchase any additional coverage.

❌ Cancellations & Changes

What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancel anytime before delivery for a full refund. If you need to cut a rental short, we'll prorate the remaining days. No hidden fees.
Can I change my package after booking?+
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your package anytime. Just message us on WhatsApp and we'll adjust accordingly.
Can I reschedule my delivery?+
Of course. Just let us know at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time and we'll find a new slot that works for you.
